I purchased Embroidery Deduper several years ago. I had my computer crash and I need to get the software back. Where can I download it and can you send me a new key to open it?
I got a virus in my laptop that destroyed my hard drive and I had to get a new hard drive installed. I bought the Embroidery Deduper from Flyin Nedle, order number FN-3117. I wrote there and they say they don't sell it anymore and that I have to get the new key. Can you please send me a new key? I can't remember where I put mine.

You still need to get in touch with the developers because Informer Technologies, Inc. in no way sells or distributes keys to applications. You can email the developers using the contact info on the website.
The user can pause or stop the deduper program to process what it has cleaned so far.
